In general, allow 5-10 business days for processing and shipping. Shipping days are on Wednesday and Saturday.

Our coiled hair accessories (loc jewelry) should be treated as costume jewelry. Although we purchase non-tarnish supplies, they are subject to become discolored if exposed to soap, water, perfume, lotions and other chemicals.

These accessories are intended for use on mature locs, especially if they are very small. You may need to remove them before bed and hair washing.

Use them at your own discretion. Store in a firmly sealed jewelry box or pouch.

Refer to the Baby Got That Loc Jewelry Sizing for reference on the size of your sisterlocks, tinylocs, microlocs, braids and traditional dreadlocks. Consider the density of the hair that will hold the jewels to ensure you choose an appropriate bead size so they don’t slip off.

A tip for measuring your braid/dreadlock diameter:

Use a ruler with millimeter (mm) option, choose a strand you want to adorn and use a mirror to see and count the lines for the width. (1cm = 10mm)

We recommend that all face masks, sleep masks, and fabric hair accessories are hand washed then hang or laid flat to dry.  Wash blankets, bibs, and burp cloths in cold water on gentle cycle, then tumble dry on a low to medium temperature setting.

For wallets, pouches, mini-crossbody bags, coasters, bowl cozies and passport holders it is best to spot clean. In some cases, it is okay to wash on a gentle cycle and hang or lay flat to dry.
